Hi !  My name is Wendy Evenden ...

I've loved pictures of the people in my family ever since I got my first camera at about 8 years old. I still have all the old pictures that I took. Recently Mum & Dad got a bunch of old pictures of family on the Westcott side when they were in England. When I published them on facebook for my sisters and cousins to see, I got a message from the daughter of a second cousin asking about pictures on the Evenden side.

I asked Dad about it and he has an album of old pictures that he's gone through and added names and dates to each picture. I know there are a lot of family members who'd like to see the pictures, so I've been scanning and saving them. If you click on the "Evenden Pics" at the left side of the page,  the first batch is there for you to see. It isn't set up beautifully yet, because I'm just learning how to do this, so it'll look pretty later. Meanwhile, you can look at them and take copies if you like. There are a lot of pictures, so if you're on dial up, grab a cup of tea or a glass of wine while it's loading.

I'll be putting more pictures up over the next while. If you have any that you think I should include, please feel free to send them to me.

I am not the keeper of the family tree, my sister Susan has done an amazing job of that, and she's gone back many generations on both sides of the family, as far as the 1400's.
